Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition with tags, and returned within 7-10 days of purchase.
- Process: Contact our support team at support@arabicsarees.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Exclusions: Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-refundable.
