Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Please ensure that the provided email address is correct to receive all notifications promptly.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or sales, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination country. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping Charges: There will be Rs.50 shipping charges on all the orders below Rs.500/-. Orders above Rs.500 Shipping Charges would be Rs.0
  • COD Charges: There would be Rs.50 COD Charge on all COD Orders on our Website.

Important Update : Delivery time is 3-4 working days approximately for all orders placed. You’ll get the tracking Id after 1-2 days once you place the order.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Process:

  • Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at support@arabicsarees.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Exchange Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
